Where did the app copy the photos?
Settings › General › “Folders on your computer” sets the name and place of the album folder (inside or next to your photos) and of the web copies folder, with an example of the path.
Do I need “Save metadata to file” in Lightroom?
No. The app reads your Lightroom Classic catalogue directly (read only), even the picks Lightroom never writes to the files. If it says the catalogue is locked, close Lightroom and click “Read now”.
How does the client comment on a specific photo?
They tap the photo on the spread (gold border, pencil) and write. Your app shows “Photo 0048” with the comment, on the right spread.
The client approved twice. Will I get two emails?
No: one email for the same decision on the same version. If they change their mind (changes first, approval later), you get both.
Can I send the client a different size of an album they already reviewed?
Yes: click Upload and, when asked about the album with the same name, choose “Replace”. The client sees it at the same link.
A second export after changes?
Choose the same folder: the app lists the files that already exist and asks before replacing them.
“Your plan’s cloud space is full”
Space is measured every night. Choose “For web” instead of “Full size” for galleries, delete old galleries or albums from the cloud, or add space to your plan.
Why doesn’t the timeline scroll with the wheel while I drag?
Windows does not send the mouse wheel during a drag. Bring the photo near the edge of the timeline: it scrolls by itself, faster the closer you are.
