Install and sign in
- In our invitation email click Set your password and choose your password.
- Click Download for Windows and open the downloaded file.
- Open the app, go to ⚙ Settings › 👤 Profile and sign in with the email you signed up with and your password. You will see “Founding member” there.
If you see a blue Windows window: this is normal for any new app. Our Microsoft digital signature is in its final stage, and after that the window will not appear. Click More info and then Run anyway. You only need this the first time.

Gallery and your client’s favourites
Gallery→Favourites→Album→Approval→Print
- Galleries › + New gallery and drag in the wedding folder as it is, at full resolution.
- Right above ↑ Upload, under Size in the cloud, leave “For web” (the default): the app makes 1920 px copies itself, fast and small. Choose “Full size” only if clients should download full resolution files (40 times the space). Then click ↑ Upload.
- Send the link to the couple. They tap ♥ on the photos they want in the album and send you their collection. You get an email.

Album, approval and print
- In the client’s collection click → New album: pick your lab and size, and the favourites go into the album.
- Click All under the photo column: they all go into the timeline in one row. Click the gap between two photos to cut a spread there (left to right); each spread gets a layout by itself, and you change it with [ ].
- Click Send for approval. The client flips through the album on their phone and comments on the pages.
- Once they click Approve for print, use ⤓ Export › For print: files at your lab’s size and the order sheet.
