- ↑ Upload always sends the whole album as a new version. The client always sees the latest version, at the same link; older versions stay hidden.
- The status line says: waiting for the client, changes asked, or approved, with open comments.
- Clients (optional): names and emails of the people the album is for.
- More: new link or PIN (the old link stops at once), and every upload with ↺ Restore.
- An album made from a gallery collection keeps the gallery’s PIN and suggests it at the first upload (“Same PIN as the gallery”), so the client uses one code. An album PIN may also have capital letters.
Comments in the app
- Open comments: ‹ › jump to the previous / next spread with comments.
- The comment: who, when, which version, which photo. Reply, ✓ Done, ↺ Reopen.
- On the spread: notes by the photo the comment is about (never printed).
Make the changes and click ↑ Upload again.
Right column › Cloud Proofing lists every upload (Version 2 · latest, Version 1 · changes asked…): Preview shows every spread as it was at that upload; Restore this version brings the album back (comments, link and history stay; Ctrl+Z undoes it), ready to go up as a new version.
The same album in another size (e.g. the client approved the 20×20 and you now send the 30×30): click Upload and choose “Replace”: the client sees it at the link they already have.
