The management page
album.digitalalbumstudio.com/manage, on a computer or phone, with the same account as the app. The menu is in groups: on the left on a computer, in a bar at the bottom on a phone.
- Home (opens first): “Waiting for you” with what needs your attention (changes and comments on albums, client picks, galleries about to expire or that nobody opened, clients who haven’t opened their album). Each line opens the right place. Below: your plan at a glance (plan, space, for founding members “Free until 10 January 2027” and what follows), numbers, “What’s new” and “First steps”.
- Work: Albums, Galleries, Client picks and Statistics, with one search. On a computer in two columns: the list on the left, what you pick on the right. Inside each gallery and each album you also see its clients’ picks.
- Showcase: your studio’s client page and your sample albums.
- Account: profile and logo (locked, change them with ✎ Edit), Plan and invoices (plan, space, upgrade, billing details), notifications, your computers (up to 2), refer a friend and Help (this guide, releases, Beta features, contact).
The work itself (design, uploads, answering comments) happens in the app; the management page lets you see everything from anywhere.
Your studio page
A page with all your clients’ galleries, with your logo and details. You can open it at your own address (e.g. clients.yourstudio.com) or put it inside your own website with a small piece of code (Management page › Studio page); with your own address, the cards on your website open the galleries there too.
Emails
- To you (Settings › Profile › Email notifications): new album comments by spread, 15 minutes after the client’s last one; approvals and change requests at once, with the list of changes; gallery collections that changed. In the language you choose.
- To your clients: the invitation with the link (optional, from the app) and the gallery’s expiry reminder, in the language they used.
Community templates
The library at album.digitalalbumstudio.com/templates: spread templates shared by photographers, with preview, likes, comments and filters. Install in my app and it appears in the layouts strip on every computer of your account, and works offline. Share your own from My templates › Share (photos are never shared).
