“Galleries only” lets you create online galleries for your clients in your browser, without the app. Your client sees the photos on their phone and picks their favourites with a heart. This article shows the route from the account to the link for your client.
What you need
- A computer with an up-to-date browser.
- A card for the subscription (€9 a month or €90 a year).
- Your final photos as JPEG.
Steps
- Account. Fill in the “Galleries only” form and click the link in the confirmation email. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, look in Spam too. Then sign in with Google or with the password you set from the welcome email.
- Subscription. In the Galleries tab choose “€9 a month” or “€90 a year” and pay on the Stripe page. Billing starts on the first day.
- Watermark (if you want one). In “Watermark settings…” create text or upload your logo, and see opacity, size and position live. Once: it applies to every new gallery.
- New gallery. With “+ New gallery” type a title and date, and if you like a last day, a PIN and downloads for your client.
- Sections. With “+ Section” create the moments of the day (for example Getting ready, Ceremony, Reception) and drag the photos into each one.
- Upload. Before it starts you see how much space the photos will take. If it isn’t enough, “+30 GB” adds space and the upload continues by itself.
- Cover. The ★ on the photo you want.
- Link for your client. Copy it and send it wherever you talk, or send an email from the same page, to up to 10 addresses, with your own message.
Good to know
- Your client enters with name and email, with no account. You see their choices in the “Client picks” tab.
- The ✕ on a photo removes it and frees its space.
- In “Card, invoices, cancel” you change card, see invoices and cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Common mistakes
- The confirmation email didn’t arrive: it is usually in Spam.
- I forgot my password: on the sign-in page, type your email and click “I forgot my password”.
