Two tabs, in the order of the work: Galleries first, then Albums.
- Galleries / Albums: the two tabs. The app remembers the one you used last.
- Search, filter, sort: by name or client; filter by status (comments to answer, waiting, changes asked, approved, not sent).
- The client’s group: the client’s name and how many albums. Exact copies in other sizes are joined with “＋”; albums laid out differently stand behind a dashed line.
- ＋ New album for the client: a new album that joins this group.
- Each card shows its status: ● new comments, ⏳ waiting for approval, ↺ changes asked, ✓ approved.
- Drag an album onto a client’s group to add it; right-click › “Out of the client’s group” to take it out. Hover a card for “⧉ Copy in another size…”.
A new album for the client
Choose where the photos come from: the photos of the client’s first album (already there), a folder or photos from your computer, the client’s collections, or any of your galleries, with search. The new album opens with those photos ready and joins the client’s group.
- The app has its own dark title bar, the same on every computer. On a new installation the buttons show only icons (with a tooltip); Settings › General shows the words too.
- Hover a card and click Open, or double-click it. A single click does nothing, so nothing opens by mistake.
- Right-click a card: open, copy in another size, save as, show in folder, remove from the list (no file is deleted).
- Close the app with an album open, and next time it opens on the same spread.
